Rachel brings both an academic and analytic approach to her work at KGH. She supports the development of content for the dynamic Preparedness Without Paranoia. This includes contributing to curricula design, researching case studies of active threats, and contributing to published white papers. Rachel works with key stakeholders to help refine training requirements and to develop appropriate evaluative metrics across all of the training offerings. Her areas of interest include workplace violence prevention and education as well as the behavior of active shooters.

Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Marymount University's Forensic and Legal Psychology Master's program with a concentration in Intelligence. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington.
